What is the Eat Well, Live Well Programme?

We know that losing weight and keeping it off is tough, but the Eat Well, Live Well Programme makes the solution to this problem easy.

Through our personalised 12 week programme and working with our team of experts, we can offer you the support and skills to become healthier, fitter and happier.

Who is the Eat Well, Live Well Programme for? 

  • Older than 18 years old
  • Have a body mass index between 25.0 to 39.9 with any medical condition
  • Have a body mass index over 40.0 with NO medical condition
  • Permanent residence in Fylde & Wyre post code
  • Have a GP located in Fylde & Wyre. 

What is in it for you?

This programme is perfect if you are looking at how to become a nutritional ninja and lose weight in a fun and friendly environment. With 12 weeks and 12 different sessions we will help you learn about those pesky naughty foods, how to become a savvy shopper, understand those smart swaps and much more!
